From a seasoned corporate professional in Malaysia’s Oil & Gas sector to the visionary founder of Benefigs Arus, Mohamad Hafidz Bin Arifin has charted a remarkable journey driven by his passion for sustainable agriculture. With a degree in Human Resource Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Hafidz combines his expertise in capacity development with innovative farming practices to make Benefigs Arus a model of sustainability and a hub for agro-tourism. His commitment to revolutionizing fig farming is rooted in a vision for environmental stewardship, community empowerment, and a healthier future. At home, Hafidz cherishes simple joys, like soccer and family BBQs, embodying the communal spirit he fosters at Benefigs Arus.
